The ten minute challange.

I'm having a hard time motovating myself to get started on my house work. Where do I start??? There is so much to do. Often times I get bogged down in sorting papers and little things that need to be done but don't have that ahhhhhhhh.... effect when you look back at the work you have done. So this afternoon I am going to drag myself away from this blood sucking computer (for a little while anyway :) and I am going to issue myself the 10 min. challange. This is a revision of one of the many "games" my mom used to play with us. For 10 mins. and ten minutes only I will clean in one room. When the times rings I will move to the next room. I can do anything for 10 minutes, right??? I move from task to task then start over until the house is clean. This should help me stay focused and on track. Unless the phone rings~ So that's my plan...here I go..Ready, Set, GO!!!!!

Welcome Cana and thanks to God

Dear little Cana. The baby of my baby. What an honor to be present at her birth.Cana is my eight grandchild.Again God has created a life. Again we learn to trust him in all things.
I am still in the hospital with Melody waiting to see if the lights will bring down Cana's biliruben count. Hospitals can be tiring and frustrating. Rules and procedures don't always embrace parenting styles. But still, here in America having medical care is a luxury not known in many parts of the world. So as we wait for Cana to get thorough this little blip we also are thanking God that Gwenn is able to be attended by American docotors as she recovers from malaria and whatever else is going on with her.I am so thankful for the comfort that Christ offers in these storms of life. In spite of how things appear at times our God is bigger and His plans are better. And in a short while we will see this time all as water gone by.
